lol...I just got finished laughing at that pitiful "witness" list you posted. (We have screencaps of it, thank you.) Can you say phuqing IRRELEVANT?? None of that changes the facts: You got shitfaced drunk. You caused a scene at several bars. You were reckless enough to try to drive. Police witnessed your drunken state. You lured your victim into your house and maced her.
